Indulge yourself with a mini retreat as you surrender into complete relaxation with this spa-like experience of restorative yoga postures supported by bolsters, blankets, and blocks. Wind down with combinations of aromatherapy, sound healing, Thai massage, and Reiki. These gentle healing techniques allow your parasympathetic nervous system to enter into a rest and digest mode or a deeper relaxation for renewing and restoring your body. This mini spa treatment will be an inward journey to gentle self-care and will help you relieve tension, and come to know the importance of taking care of self.

Event tickets are $20 in advance / $25 at the door - with all of the proceeds going to: BelongingTo Each Other, Inc. Founded in 2015 to provide temporary housing and support to the homeless in Falmouth during winter months. Partners with Falmouth Human Services and Housing Assistance Corporation.

The Game Plan
The PLAN is a comprehensive eating and fitness plan. Depending on how much weight you’d like to lose, you could safely lose as much as 10 pounds in these next 3 weeks.
Workouts work a variety of different muscle groups and are 30-60 minutes long. It’s a great program for the beginning and intermediate fitness levels, those wanting to shed a few pounds or anyone simply looking for a good kick-start to a healthy lifestyle. If you follow the program, you will see results. We promise! But ultimately the final results depend on YOU.
Cost includes weekly weight-ins, workbook, 1-on-1 communication, group support, recipes, shopping lists, unlimited access to the Get L.E.A.N. website and 1 month of unlimited classes (for those without a current membership).
