Women's Keychain + Aerosol Self Defense

These R.A.D. Self Defense Options courses are a short program for women (ages 18 and up) that teaches realistic physical defense strategies, awareness, psychological and physical preparation. 
This program is one of the only realistic and court-defensible impact weapons programs available for the general public. 
The course is taught by certified RAD instructor Wendy Bryant. She is also licensed to teach Basic Self Defense, Advanced Tactics and Aerosol Defense through the National Academy of Defense Education. 
The programs taught in this workshop will provide a woman with the knowledge to escape an assault in a short period of time and is a worthy Self Defense System.






Thai Massage - Foundations

Thai Massage is a rich and ancient healing art which is highly effective and efficient for both giver and receiver. Sometimes called ‘Lazy Yoga’, it combines passive stretching and pressure point massage along energy lines to relax and vitalize the body, mind, and spirit. This 3 night, 8 hour training will provide a foundation in the art of Thai Massage and prepare you to be comfortable giving (and receiving) a basic 90-minute "clothes on" massage.
